FAQ

How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

There are no fixed amount of sessions for any form of hypnotherapy treatment with the exception of a Quit Smoking session which is one session only. The number of sessions recommended will be discussed in your initial consultation.

How much does hypnotherapy treatment cost?

£60 for a 1-hour session with the exception of a Quit Smoking session which is £150 for 90 minutes.

Are you a member of a recognized professional organization?

I'm an accredited member of The National Hypnotherapy Society. All members must adhere to the society's code of ethics, have undertaken the required training, receive regular supervision, be fully insured as well as undertaking regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
