Hypnotherapy is a completely natural form of therapy. We have two minds: conscious and subconscious. Our conscious mind thinks, plans, and focuses on what is happening right now and our subconscious mind involves our memories, beliefs, emotions, and habits. Hypnotherapy focuses on the subconscious mind. The state of hypnosis occurs when we are very relaxed or concentrating deeply. My role as a hypnotherapist is to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and focussed attention, during which you will have increased suggestibility. During hypnosis positive suggestions are made to the subconscious mind, helping you achieve your goal.

- A personal therapy plan will then be created for you.

- Weekly 60 minute sessions.

I work as a remote hypnotherapist. As hypnotherapy is a talking form of therapy as opposed to a physical form of therapy, your sessions will be just as effective online as a face-to-face session. All you need is somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed, a computer or device with an internet connection and you're ready! You will be able to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home and there will be no need to travel.
