What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a completely natural form of therapy. We have two minds: conscious and subconscious. Our conscious mind thinks, plans, and focuses on what is happening right now and our subconscious mind involves our memories, beliefs, emotions, and habits. Hypnotherapy focuses on the subconscious mind. The state of hypnosis occurs when we are very relaxed or concentrating deeply. My role as a hypnotherapist is to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and focussed attention, during which you will have increased suggestibility. During hypnosis positive suggestions are made to the subconscious mind, helping you achieve your goal.

I believe we all have the ability to make big changes in our lives, my vision is to help people achieve their goals and reach their full potential. After receiving hypnotherapy myself, I was fascinated at how effective it was in helping me change my life. I want other people to see the transformational effects of hypnotherapy treatment. My focus is to help my clients overcome the problems or issues that are holding them back and perhaps even preventing them from living the life they want to lead. Every person is a unique individual and that will always be reflected in your treatment. You will receive a personalized hypnotherapy treatment plan designed to help you lead a balanced and harmonious life. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. I work as a remote hypnotherapist. As hypnotherapy is a talking form of therapy as opposed to a physical form of therapy, your sessions will be just as effective online as a face-to-face session. All you need is somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed, a computer or device with an internet connection and you're ready. You will be able to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home and there will be no need to travel.
